Tunbridge Wells Lib Dems host promises auction

Help us start 2010 with a fund raising bang by offering a promise, buying a promise or coming for a coffee, tea of even something stronger, a cake and a chat. Entrance fee only £3. Venue: 8 Hungershall Park, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 8NE. Saturday 16th January 2010 10:30am - 1pm.

Some of the great promises we have already include: A dinner for 6 with a menu of your choice in your own home, a week's stay in a 17th century, secluded, environmentally friendly cottage which backs onto ancient woodland near Portmeirion in North Wales, a journey in a 1968 Mark II Jaguar, a domestic slave for a day. We really need more promises - any useful or fun promise will do. Perhaps an hour of your time to do some ironing, gardening, cooking, tutoring, whatever your skills are!
