Trevor has been a Southborough Town councillor since 1995 and was first elected on to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in 1994. As a councillor his main areas of interest are planning and financial matters. A former Mayor of Southborough, he has lived in the town for almost 30 years.
Educated in the area, Trevor studied at Oxford University for both his first degree and his Ph.D. After two years of research work in the Netherlands he returned to this country where he now runs his own computer software business. His interests include cycling and astronomy.
