Annual General Meeting

Tunbridge Wells Lib Dems AGM at St Charles the Martyr Hall.

The Annual General Meeting of the Tunbridge Wells Liberal Democrats will be held on Thursday 17 October 2024 at King Charles the Martyr Church Hall, 3 Warwick Park, Tunbridge Wells TN2 5TA.

The meeting will start at 19:30, with refreshments available from 19:00.

All members are welcome to attend and will have received the agenda and papers by email on 7th September.

The purpose of the AGM is to receive reports on the party’s activities during the year and give members the opportunity to ask questions.

We will also be electing officers of the party, who will serve on its Executive Committee. If you would like to stand for election to one of these posts – or as an ordinary member of the executive committee – please let us know at tunwellslibdem@gmail.com. We are especially keen to hear from anyone who might be interested in helping with fundraising.

Mike Martin MP

This year, we are delighted to announce that, after the formal business of the meeting is concluded, Mike Martin will be giving us some reflections on life as our new MP. This will be in the form of an interview, conducted by our Honorary President, Bill Acker, so we want you to send us your questions, which Bill can put to him.

Please send your questions to tunwellslibdem@gmail.com. If you would prefer your question to be posed anonymously, please say so.
